Kevin isn’t a lawyer and thus does not have any legal words of wisdom for you, however, Kevin can tell you the following:

Attendees/participants who have their photographs taken by the MugShot Lounge at a given event do so voluntarily. A sign is posted in plain sight at each event stating that any photographs taken may be used for advertising, display, website/internet promotion, book creation, trade shows and/or any other purposes thought proper by the MugShot Lounge, Kevin Van Lierop and/or The Event Convenor. Any individual not wishing to have their photograph used for any of the listed purposes much inform the on staff photographer of such prior to having their photograph taken.
